The publication of a special issue covering a specific subject is decided by the absolute majority of the Editorial Board. The right to reproduce the entire published article depends on the permission of the journal. Studies previously presented in national or international congresses or symposiums, and whose abstracts have been published may be sent by defining these qualifications.
